KENTUCKY SEMINAR A SUCCESS

At the invitation of Trover Solutions, Inc., Ronald Korybski & Scott Levinson, partners of Korybski & Levinson, LLP, traveled to Louisville Kentucky to conduct seminars for claims and management personnel of Healthcare Recoveries and Transpac Solutions. The seminar, focusing on the practice of subrogation in New York and New Jersey, was given before a live audience and transmitted via electronic hook-up to the companies’ Pennsylvania and Wisconsin offices. Ron and Scott’s presentation covered health and property subrogation, workers compensation practice, PIP and no-fault reimbursement and ERISA and non-ERISA plans, as well as a general overview of effective file handling procedures.
